How sessions work
Each session runs from 9:00 to 17:30. We start with the research module, move through framing and language in the late morning, spend the afternoon on structured role-play, and close with a personal action planning segment. Lunch is included. Materials are provided.

Common questions about sessions
Do I need any preparation before attending?
No specific preparation is required. If you have a current job title and a rough sense of your responsibilities, that's enough to participate in the research and role-play modules. We send a short pre-session note after registration that describes what to expect.
What industries do participants typically come from?
Sessions draw from a wide range of sectors. We've had participants from technology, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and professional services. The mix is part of what makes the role-play module useful.
Is the workshop conducted in Romanian or English?
The workshop is conducted in Romanian. Written materials are also in Romanian. If you have specific language requirements, contact us before registering.
Can I attend if I'm currently job searching rather than employed?
The workshop is designed around the experience of negotiating with a current employer. Some of the research and framing content applies to job offer negotiation as well, but the role-play scenarios are built around existing employment relationships.
