The Newsletter

Occasional notes on salary research, how to read job market data, and when new workshop dates open. Nothing promotional. No filler.

What the newsletter covers

We send the newsletter when we have something worth saying. That might be a note on how to interpret salary data on Romanian job boards, a look at how the benefits conversation has shifted in a particular sector, or an announcement of a new workshop date.

We don't send weekly emails to fill a schedule. We don't include content from sponsors or partners. The newsletter is funded the same way the workshops are: by the people who attend them.

Salary Research Notes

Practical observations about reading publicly available data from Romanian job boards. How listings change across seasons. What to look for and what to ignore.

Conversation Framing

Occasional pieces on how to open salary conversations in specific workplace contexts. Not scripts. Observations about what tends to work and what tends to close things down early.

Session Announcements

New workshop dates in Bucharest and Cluj are announced to newsletter subscribers before they appear elsewhere. If a particular date matters to you, this is the most direct way to hear about it.

Written for people in the middle of the process

The newsletter isn't for people who have already figured this out. It's for people who are in the middle of deciding whether to have the conversation, how to prepare for it, or what to do after a difficult outcome.

We write from the perspective of the workshop: practical, specific, and without the assumption that you already know what you're doing.
